Tens of millions of US taxpayer treasure is being spent every year making it easier for migrants to leave Central America and come to the US, as inter-governmental agencies like the International Organization for Migration works hard to facilitate irregular migration. And we find a migrant NOT headed for the US who shows how these people can stay closer to home and keep their families intact.
