On this week's episode hosts Cassie and Daniel discuss 80 music dance parties and how Cassie and Matt will have dog dance parties when they watch dogs on Rover.  Cassie gives Daniel an update on her life and how she is surviving without Matthew being home.  Daniel shares details of his get together with Matthew while he was in D.C. for work and gives Cassie and update on his latest bullet journaling project.  Daniel tries to trick Cassie during date night corner with who his date was (with moderate success).

The two ring in the new year by enjoying sparkling wine - Cassie enjoys some Cava while Daniel drinks Prosecco.

Cassie takes listeners to her former home state if Missouri for the case of Steven Arthur Rios, a case that elicits many different feelings.  Daniel stays in D.C. but heads back in time for the historic case of the shooting of Philip Barton Key II.
