It took 10 periods, but the Caps finally showed up to play for the last 40 minutes of Game 4 against the New York Islanders, earning a huge win to extend the series (and their season). Alex Ovechkin scored his 3rd & 4th goals of the series and Evgeny Kuznetsov stepped up as well with Nicklas Backstrom missing another game due to the NHL's concussion protocol.
The Caps will look to replicate their Game 4 effort in another must-win game on Thursday.
