Shifu Moises Arocho is our Sijo, Shifu Gregg Zilb's original Shaolin Kung Fu Teacher. He has been training in the martial arts since a very early age. His experience is unmatched as well as his skill. It's is always a blessing any time we get to learn from him, in any context. His wisdom and experience is on full display in this interview.
