Welcome to another Wednesday morning, and another episode of LIFE WORK BALANCES!

Today I sat down with Kat Matic, Director of Student Rights and Respncibility at Elizabethtown College of Pennsylvania and CEO of InCheck! Kat and I went went to grad school together, and have staying in pretty close touch since then, so it was great to be able to chat, hear some new things about her and in general have fun. We talked about finding direction and the way that direction can change, the fun of playing outside, and the importance of staying connected with students, mentees, and faculty once one enters the professional world. We also talked about cooking, a macrobiotic diet, parenting and creating learning moments for children, and the benefit of story telling.
