Mariel Bulcan-Gnirss is a current MBA co-op student at DeGroote School of Business. After completing a bachelor’s degree in chemistry, she decided to pivot into business. Prior to starting the MBA, she gained experience in the insurance industry but missed incorporating her interest of science and technology into her career. Mariel’s passion for merging her love of science in business led her to the DeGroote MBA program. Beyond her professional interests, Mariel enjoys hiking with her dog along the Bruce trail and staying involved in her communities through volunteering.
