We may have had to lookup the difference between a memoir and an autobiography, but semantics matter to us here a iipyb. This episode we've got two very different stories for you. Rachael covers a book about how to find yourself. Her story is all about rediscovering yourself, trusting ourselves, and unleashing our truest selves. Kristia's book is a heavy one and comes with a trigger warning of sexual assault, rape, and the trauma that goes along with being a witness at trial. In her story, we learn more about an event that most of us followed along in the media that enraged many.
