Nick Mulvey is a UK artist who's music is deeply emotional, pushing the boundaries of songwriting and sound, traditional and experimental, acoustic and electronic. In the past he's collaborated with Ram Dass and East Forest, and his newest single "Freedom Now" (released today 2.13.24) is his most ambitious piece of music to date, a collaboration with Grammy Award winning Pakistani singer Arooj Aftab and legendary Iranian actress/musician Golshifteh Farahani. Nick has been one of Jaymee's favorite songwriters of the past decade, and the two men have a deeply revealing conversation about Nick's spiritual rebirth of the past year, and how it's affected his songwriting and his outlook.
