Ray has quite the story on how he became part of the Yankees organization. As a teenager he was caught spray painting a wall in Yankee Stadium by none other than Yankees owner George Steinbrenner himself. Instead of calling the police, Mr. Steinbrenner put Ray to work as a bat boy and the rest is history.
