When looking at the ACC the first question is can Clemson get back to being Clemson?  Keep in mind they won 10 games last year.  NC State and Miami are drawing the public attention, and it will be interesting to see if they can produce with a target on their backs.The bottom half of the ACC has some huge rebuilds getting started and a few really bad teams.  The ACC looks to offer some opportunity to make some preseason bets on season win totals.
