Aoife Deane is the Public Engagement Manager with the Research Ireland MaREI Centre at University College Cork. 

She is a science communication and engagement professional, specialising in engaged research with community partners and collaborative climate action projects. 

She works on engaged research in sustainability transitions, and is particularly interested in participatory impact planning and evaluation of public participation processes.
