    Jeff started as an engineer in the oil & gas industry, traveling to Texas and eventually to the Middle East on a wide variety of projects and experiencing all kinds of different people. After 12 years in that field, Jeff decided to begin exploring real estate.

    After a particularly sizable wholesale deal, he entered the industry full time, and has since completed a variety of transactions including flips, wraps, and land development deals. Jeff also trains a cadre of his own students in negotiating techniques which he worked for years to develop, and says has been a key to his own success and confidence.
