In this episode, we talk about health equity amidst the protests that have erupted because of George Floyd's death and not just because of HIS death. This is a frank conversation about the culmination of a series of injustices that have been happening over time against black people and how this manifests in health care.

Laquisha Grant, a senior consultant at HMA, certified in Trauma-informed Care, who works to advance correctional health policy and cross sector service collaboration for people affected by mental illness and substance use.
