 A solopreneur juggling all the hats.
 A disabled veteran still expected to perform like you’re made of steel.
 Or maybe you’re all three—like me.

In this episode of The Trampoline Effect, I’m not giving you a productivity hack.
I’m giving you permission to be honest—with yourself and with the world—about how much you’re carrying.

I don’t believe in "balance."
 Not in the perfectly distributed, Instagrammable way.
 What I do believe in is radical transparency.
Sometimes I have to say, “I can’t show up for this because I’m barely holding together.”
And that doesn’t make me weak. It makes me real.
