On this episode, Rogelio welcomes on Bobby O'Mullan to talk about his experience coaching throughout the industry. Bobby is the Head Strength and Conditioning Coach at Rollins College in Winter Park, Florida. Bobby has coached in the collegiate sector, trained adults, and has coached different teams in the private sector. He has also done adjunct teaching, has his own business, and does consulting. In the episode, Rogelio and Bobby talk about how they met at Loyola, their experiences coaching in different sectors, and some of the differences and similarities between an elite/pro level athlete and an every day athlete.
