As women, it is important that we first find the healing that we need and learn how to master our own triplets (self-worth, self-esteem, self-confidence) so we can turn around and cultivate that within our daughters. You cannot give something you do not have! It's not about our words, it is about the behaviors that we display that our children will learn and reflect back to us.
