Isabel Emmet, a regional land use planner with the Northern Middlesex Council of Government (NMCOG), sat down to discuss how her organization is working with regional stakeholders on Digital Equity -- giving everyone in the Greater Lowell area access to broadband internet technology and making sure they have the right tools to participate fully in society, democracy, and the economy.

NMCOG will hold a community strategy charette on Thursday May 16 at 6pm at the Old Town Hall 10 Kendall Road.
