Shuai started cooking young and has developed his own version of the "American Dream" over the past decade, moving from New York as a cook to opening multiple businesses of his own. He's extremely humble, hilarious and constantly looking to help out the people and businesses around him. We talk about his whole journey and who he'd wanna resurrect to share one dope meal with.
