In this episode, Dr. Hayden Carrón, recent recipient of the High Point's Extraordinary Leadership Award, speaks on his well-rounded experience in teaching, scholarship and service at High Point University. As an associate professor of Spanish and the director of the spanish program, Dr. Carrón has lead the tremendous efforts in redesigning the academic programs to develop better and more effective learning experiences for students.
