In this episode, I discuss the first year post-TBI Diagnosis, transitioning into my new life and self. Accepting the term and identity as a TBI survivor, surrendering to the support services provided and surviving the emotional heartache of pain, shame and isolation that came with it.
This episode is especially geared to those who have any experience with being ostracized, feeling isolated and longing to belong.
