A London born individual on a mission to tell his story. Patrick’s Art often portrays the personal battles he has overcome, along with the many blessings and lessons he has encountered along the way. Within his mission the “journey” is what is most prominent as it plays a key role in telling the story of his life. Patrick Vel now solely lives for his newly obtained peace since the recent death of his mother and wishes to spread his new found energy and knowledge, on to both his listeners and followers through his art, whilst simultaneously letting his beloved mother (Lolita) live and exist within it. 

Since childhood, Patrick has always felt as though his Ecuadorian heritage was unappreciated yet alone known of, due to the absence of any hispanic culture surrounding him and his peers during his early academic years. Because of this, he aims to raise awareness of Ecuador’s art and culture through implementing it’s traditional instruments within his compositions as well as speaking the native tongues (both Spanish and Quechua) enabling those who watch, listen and follow, understand and both learn about Ecuador and appreciate its history within the world both sonically and visually.
