Although pregnancy is such an exciting time for us mamas to be, we (myself included) tend to find anxiety in trying to do everything right for our baby. Are we eating the most nutrient dense foods? Is our prenatal vitamin enough? Are we allowed to eat that? We are trying to make sure we move everyday but then . . . are we allowed to do that exercise?! The vast amount of information and opinions out there are enough to put us over the edge and just confine ourselves to our safe bubble.
My number one tip, always, is to educate yourself. So this week, I'm helping you out with that. We are chatting all things exercise in pregnancy - what's safe, how much is recommended, how to find the motivation, when not to exercise and so much more!
