In this episode I talk about a post I saw on Instagram that reminded me of how at times we’re expected to show up in work or at school while we are struggling in our personal lives. At times it feels as if we need to prioritize our work or school over our well being. With the usual rants and tangents of course ;)

We enter this life with baggage, that we did not claim. We inherit and are programmed with beliefs that limit, hindering our souls- our potential. Generational trauma, childhood upbringing, and our society have affected our ability to communicate our emotional needs, our relationships, our self-esteem, and more importantly our general well-being. This podcast focuses on healing, on learning, on growing outside what has been given to us so that we can truly and authentically create our own realities and thus live our own realities.
