💥 𝐅𝐨𝐥𝐥𝐨𝐰 𝐮𝐩 - The sale is in the follow up...bottom line!!! People buy from us because they know, like and trust us. In order to achieve that status with anyone you must stay in front of them and be consistent with it. Believe it or not, but the way you follow up with someone and consistency in doing so will teach your potential client how you will take care of their account if they decided to work with you. You are basically teaching them ahead of time what it will be like to work with you. So be mindful
💥 𝐓𝐚𝐤𝐞 𝐜𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐜𝐥𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬 - This is where consistent sales and cash flow come from. Many neglect client relationships. Once they sign on the client, they get back to chasing the next sale. This will kill your company and your reputation as a CEO and an individual (I explained it in detail and its affects in the FB Live yesterday). It is kind of being invited to a party and then being ignored by your host...would you come back to their house again?...Neither would I! Nurture your current relationships with your clients. Make them feel like you care about their business as you care about your own and watch your company prosper
💥 𝐅𝐮𝐥𝐟𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 - Deliver on what you promised. I cannot stress this one enough. At the end of the day, as a CEO and entrepreneur all that matters is whether your word means something or not. People either trust you or they don't. If you cannot fulfill on the product or service as promised, let your customers know. Do not wait for them to follow up with you but come to them first and renegotiate the due date. Integrity matters. Solid businesses are built on integrity
💥 𝐂𝐥𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐑𝐞𝐭𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 - Business relationships are no different than personal. Think of you close friends. Why does the relationship last for years? Because you nurture it, pay attention to it, respect it and so on. Clients are no different. If you truly and genuinely take care of your current customers, you will never have to sell again. They will do the job for you.
