Part three in a three-part series on goal-setting, goal-pursuing, goal-achieving and the evolution of success. This specific goal-based program is based on my old Viking Army “Way” process where we work through Desire, Assess, Plot, Attack and Rule phases. Part 3 is all about the Attacking and Ruling steps. In this episode, we'll talk about taking action with our plan we've created in previous steps, how to handle road blocks, how to reroute if necessary and how to get -- and stay in -- the maintenance phase. This is the most involved step and it will take the longest, but it's also the time when we're most susceptible to relapse so we must take care to watch our step!
