What is holistic health and why is it so important that we start discussing it? Holistic health is the ability to look at your health in a big picture way. This big picture can then be defined as 8 important facets that we need to address in order to become our best version/ higher self.
8 facets of holistic health are the following:
- physical
- nutritional
- emotional
- social
- intellectual
- spiritual
- financial
- environmental
This conversation is an invitation to explore your our life and your level of health, not just by how much you weight or what you look like, but how you are setting boundaries, creating and following a family budget, building strong relationships and surrounding yourself with great people and so much more.
