Should buyers include a home inspection clause in their offer - Yes or No?

In today's episode, the Real Estate Panel deal with this question and their own experiences of the home inspection clause being waved by the buyer in order to give themselves a better chance of winning in a multiple offer situation.

We are seeing, more and more buyers being pressured to make offers on homes without a full home inspection. I think that we've all probably heard that it's like folks playing Russian roulette with your finances and many could find some unexpected surprises and could be left with thousands and thousands of dollars potentially in repairs.
