Here I talk about my career as a nail artist for the past 25 years and how I had to walk away when I became sick last year. I didn't want to face it but it was inevitable and nails is what I knew best. I had to embrace MASSIVE change and then my kids moved away. I say I'm not a mom anymore, but you know what I mean. I don't have a child at home that needs my guidance. I'll always be a mom, however, I entered a new season in life.
I don't have kids at home making messes or having to give them my time. I'm in a new season so I can focus more on myself. If you're in the season of being mommy then give yourself grace. You can honor your life by still working on the 1% better method but it's not going to be perfect and that's ok. Honor Thy Season because it will change. Time flies when you're having fun!
