Holding grudges is perceived by almost everybody as thge opposite of forgiving. You either forgive and move on, or else you don't forgive and you hold a grudge instead, right? Wrong.
In this episode Sophie explains why holding grudges, as a practice, is precisely what you should be doing if you want to be a more forgiving person and enhance your ability to move on after a transgression or hurt. Sophie is joined this week by psychotherapist Helen Acton and emotional freedom therapist Anne Grey.
