After Jesus healed a man born blind, the Pharisees question the man, and then his parents. Eventually, the man is thrown out of the temple. Jesus returns to the man to check on him and then he confronts the Pharisees using the analogy of a shepherd and his sheep. In John 10:11, Jesus says: "“I am the good shepherd.
