"Am I privileged because I'm white?" To truly be an ally we need to examine ourselves first. Since we are three white women with a podcast, we knew this is where we needed to start the conversation. So, in Episode 5, get comfortable being uncomfortable. Each and every one of us is responsible for resolving the issues of racism.  It's time for us to check our white privilege.
