In this episode we talk to Farah Moosa, Farah is the founder and Managing Director at NeonHive, She studied at Cape Peninsula University of Technology and completed a National Diploma in Events Management in 2010, After  completing her  qualification,  she  found  it  extremely  challenging  finding  suitable employment with no  experience  in  the  field  and  companies  that  were  looking,  only employed  those  who  matched  their  requirements.  After  many  applications,  starting  from  the bottom,  and  working  her  way  up  to  gain  various  experiences  to  become  marketable,  shw was fortunate to work for reputable event and marketing agencies, including African Gold Events and Colourworks Agency. This allowed her to gain valuable experience that would lead to her starting NeonHive.
