I interview an outdoor guide with three tier one skills,  Chad Ruff is an educator, outdoorsman, big game hunter and fly fisherman.   He talks with me about the amount of dedication and time required to achieve different skill levels in tracking, hunting and guiding while drawing amazing parallels to  his ability to inspire students.   He also discusses how guiding can lead to dabbles for people not used to niche quarry.
