So for episode 5 its no commentary other then the ads then 1 hour of tones so first segment is 174 hz 285 hz 396 hz 417 hz. 2nd segment 432 hz 528 hz 639 hz 741 hz. 3rd segment 852 hz 963 hz then 1 mix of my favorites 417 hz 528hz 432 hz 741hz 852 hz. All of these are solfego healing frequincies there good info and good healing :). Its just the tones first ad then break music then hour of tones then break music then ad then break then segment 2 tones for 1hour then break music then add then break music then segmant 3 tones.
