This is Episode 5 of a multi-episode series for the launch of Redemption Story Church. Our goal is to unite and equip our team to plant a healthy and multiplying church in the Clarkston area. In this episode, Devin and Tom discuss liturgy and the elements of gathered worship. Though we will not be a high church, Redemption Story will be historically rooted in the protestant faith and tradition, joyfully incorporating creeds, confessions, and hymns with contemporary and spirit filled worship. We are liturgical creatures built by habits. Our habits shape what we believe, what we become, and what we do. We want our gathered worship to be marked by liturgy (habit) that is rich in theology, allowing us to weekly participate in (not just consume) the great Redemption Story we believe.
