This Episode is a great way to understand what the podcast is about, as the listeners should know I have changed Mondays to have no interview. this is so I can have a way to explain changes as they come and reflect on the thing I have learned. I also want it to be clear that I am planning a short bonus series where I explain what I am learning about not only creating but maintaining a podcast.
