I recently became a certified John C. Maxwell Coach, Speaker, and Trainer and I am over the moon!  I'm so honored to be a part of a community of such caring, thoughtful, and inspiring people.  This tribe is not only encouraging, but intentional and their mission is to be people of value who add value to others.  I've finally found my tribe:-)  Today I am sharing with you my thoughts around the organization and also sharing my 3 minute speech on a life lesson that I performed in order to complete my certification.
