Within this episode we bring on two new co-hosts, Luke and Alex.  Since we have just hit 2022 as a group we reflect on 2021 and then talk about some changes we would like to make in the new year.  Next, we discuss spiritual disconnect and how it really is a factor that many experience and that can definitely be overcome (in some cases very easily).Then we discuss what are some things that those who are newer on their path and are in a learning rut can do to learn more.
