In case you didn't already think that I had a strange fascination with saying "no," today is the day when I share the hard truth.  Empowering or not, "No" can be a really scary word.

When you think about no in the grand theme of life no can be really horrifying idea.  So today, I'm talking about how I'm coping with a really big "no" moment.
