And much like the polar bears, this brewery is brilliant; yes, it’s North Brewing! They’re back again with a couple of sour offerings this time: a collab beer with Bundobust, Salted Lemon Sour, and Take Down Your Art, a sour IPA. A gold star to Boozer for securing these lovelies from North’s own taproom while we were in Harrogate last year. And a gold star to the Brain for finally getting through a blurb for a Yorkshire-based brewery episode without resorting to broad stereotypes. Oh aye.
