Zeke Adams has been an independent investigator ever since he was forced out of the Cleveland Police.  Now that he’s no longer constrained by department politics, he’s gotten good at his job, but he might not be good enough to save someone’s life.

However, every day that passes without an arrest brings the department and the city spiraling closer to disaster.
