The OC Riptide are currently in 2nd place in the California Collegiate League standings after a perfect 5-0 week. The wins included a sweep over the league leading Santa Barbara Foresters to narrow the gap.
We recap week 5 we head coach Clemente Bonilla and also spoke with the OC Riptide Batter of the Week Michael Peabody and OC Riptide Pitcher of the week, Nick Jones.
A record nine Riptide players were selected to the 2019 CCL Prospects Game. We got the reactions from the players selected and the head coach on hearing so many Riptide players were selected.
