Joined by my first guest and now good friend Uma; we unpack the idea of "a God" that exists and has existed in the mind of millions of people which is now confronted by a seemingly new concept : "spirituality". I say seemingly new only because the idea of spirituality and the push pull of what that means to many people is a very new conversation. One that used to looked like "hippie language" during the times most of us here (myself and you my listener) grew up in. Right?? Where being grounded by energy; spiritual growth vs religious prophesy; and wanting to be at peace with other energies and higher powers was seen to be "very hippie like"; very "alternative"; very "odd and out there". I personally cant quite draw down what I believe in; to one single entity; when the power it has; the magnitude; seems all encompassing of multiple entities and influences. So; yes: The idea of a God is in fact limiting to me.
