What can I say about the movie Platoon (1986) - Starring a collection of some of the soon to be biggest actors of their time and directed by Oliver Stone. A movie about a very uncomfortable subject matter - The Vietnam war. Why is it uncomfortable? I have never seen it - this fact Dan is more than happy to get us to sit down and watch it.  I tried to talk about Predator, Charlie Sheen, and even mistake this film for Apocalypse Now (Luck should have it that Dan has not seen that and did not pick up on it). Although this is a comedy podcast - this film hits some pretty heavy themes- finding out how we have both missed these sorts of movies are all apart of the mystery.
