Lord I am grateful.You saved me, not because I am good, but because YOU are goodHow can I not serve you? How can I not praise you?You truly have been better to me than I could ever be to meWhat keeps me humble and worshipping you is the realisation that I don’t deserve itIf you had given me what I deserved, I would be a dead man walking, I would be living in hell, I would be tormented by the devil, I don’t deserve itYou traded my mess for your blessingI will spend the rest of eternity giving you praise and gloryI praise you for your goodness, your grace, your mercyWhen I think of what you have done, my soul cries out, thank you Lord for saving me, I don’t deserve itI want to be closer to youI want to live for you moreI want to serve youI want to know you betterI thank you for this day GodFather I come to you now in the mighty name of Jesus, I repent of all my sins. I confess that I am a sinner and I have sinned against you. My life is not my own, I made a mess of it and right now I trade this mess for your salvation. Lord take my sins away and nail them to the cross at Calvary.Cancel out the debt that was ascribed to me to the cross at Calvary.I believe that you died so that I don’t have to die, I believe that you rose from death after 3 days, I believe that you are sitting at the right hand of the father praying for me, interceding for me, and I believe you are coming back for meFather, I know that I have sinned against You and am deserving of punishment. But Jesus Christ took the punishment that I deserve so that through faith in Him I could be forgiven.Jesus, I place my trust in You for salvation. Thank You for Your wonderful grace and forgiveness and for the gift of eternal life!Father by my confession and my belief, I receive your gift to me of salvationNow my name is written in the lamb’s book of life! Heaven is rejoicing and I will rejoice with heaven too!Thank you Lord for the gift of salvation (John 3:16)Thank you Lord for the gift of eternal life (John 3:16)Thank you Lord for reconciling me back to my Heavenly Father (Colossians 1:19-22; 2 Corinthians 5:18-19; Ephesians 2:16)Thank you Lord that I am now seated in Heavenly places in Christ (Ephesians 2:6)Thank you Lord for adopting me and now I can call out to you saying Abba Father (Romans 8:15; 2 Corinthians 6:18; John 1:12)Thank you Father that I am now joint heirs with Christ Jesus (Romans 8:17; 1 Peter 1:4)Thank you Lord for giving me an undivided heart and putting a new spirit in me; for removing my heart of stone and giving me a heart of flesh (Ezekiel 11:19) for creating in me a clean heart and renewing a right spirit within me (Psalms 51:10)Thank you Lord for the gift of your Holy Spirit (1 Corinthians 6:9; Ephesians 1:13-14; Romans 8:9)Thank you that I am free and free indeed (John 8:36)Hallelujah! This is a beautiful day! This is the day that the Lord has made and I will rejoice in it (Psalm 118: 24)
