Realizing we need change is not easy. Usually, it happens due to circumstances that have affected our lives. There are times, like for me, when the circumstances were self-inflicted during a self-reflection. 

Normally though it will take something that affects our everyday lives and then we decide it’s time to act… or in reality React.
