In this episode I will guide you through a restorative Yoga practice first, before settling in to a Nidra practice. I will be using guided cues to work through simple but effective asana (posture) practice that winds itself into our Nidra part of practice.
Note in this practice you are prompted to maintain a balance of active rest but a deeper state of sleep may happen, and your subconscious mind will still follow with the guides I give. My voice will always be there for you to come back to.
