Today’s guest is Richard Ernster, founder and director of the Helping Hand Group. The HHG consists of a team of experts in fundraising and auction events management and organisation. They're based in Sydney and operate regularly in four countries.

⦁ Richard's venture started out as an NBA card-collecting business, back in the early 1990s

⦁ At age 19, he already managed six retail card shops around Sydney

⦁ Starting with auction events involving basketball cards and memorabilia, he gradually moved into the charity events organisation

⦁ In 1997 he founded the Helping Hand Group. They provide a 360 degree service in organising fundraising events and both live and silent auctions, at no cost for their clients

⦁ Apart from their headquarters in Sydney, the HHG operates in New Zealand, Hong Kong and Singapore.

⦁ The HHG has raised over $ 100,000,000 for charities, community groups, schools, etc.


⦁  In 2017, Richard co-founded LInfluencers together with other four like-minded LinkedIn influencers. Their goal is to broaden their positive reach, through their combined abilities and connections.
