When he was just 10-years-old, Richard Moore was shot in the face and blinded by a rubber bullet during the conflict in Northern Ireland. However, he hasn't let blindness stop him from doing anything he has set out to do. Not only does he tell an extraordinary story of coping with his blindness and using his story to help others, he also met, forgave and befriended the same soldier who blinded him all those years ago.
