At LOOOONG last, we present to you Episode 5! Apologies to our wonderful listeners, but we've been delayed throughout the fall by several unfortunate setbacks. Presented for your enjoyment here is a substantive, challenging roundtable conducted several months ago (with the intent of pairing it with an interview that fell through). Moderated by Zoe Wroten-Heinzmann, Reid Kotlas, Paul Goodspeed, and Chris DiLoreto discuss the unique challenges facing organizers working in spread-out, rural (or rural-ish) communities - a topic rarely discussed but one that must be grappled with in any attempt to form a truly mass socialist party across the nation - and world.
We'll be back late in December with a brand new, fresh, FULL LENGTH roundtable episode in which we honestly discuss many of our recent challenges. In January, we'll be back to our regular routine of monthly interviews.
Theme music, "Funky Hangout" composed and performed by Alex Wroten.
